HAGERSTOWN, MD –The Clarion Hotel of Hagerstown will once again serve as the Hagerstown Suns official host hotel for the 2009 and 2010 seasons, the Suns announced Monday.

The Hagerstown Suns Professional Baseball Club today named Robert Flannery as its new President and General Manager. The announcement was made by Mandalay Baseball Properties, owner and operator of the Suns.
SUNS KICK OFF FIRST ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE

On Monday, November 24th, the Hagerstown Suns will kick off a month long food drive. A collection barrel will be located in the reception area of the front office at Municipal Stadium. Those who donate two or more food items will receive a limited edition Hagerstown Suns hat and a chance to win tickets to see the Suns play in 2009!
SUNS 2009 COACHING STAFF ANNOUNCED
Tony Tarasco and Jeff Allred return for second season, along with three new faces.
The Washington Nationals have announced the coaching staff for the Hagerstown Suns in 2009. Matt LeCroy will take over as manager of the Suns, with Rich Gale, Tony Tarasco and Ramon Aviles rounding out the coaching staff. Jeff Allred will also return to Hagerstown as the Suns athletic trainer.
