The Suns Fan Club sponsors activities which allows us to become better acquainted with each other and with the ball players and their families. The Fan Club started in 1986 with a small group of fans and today has a membership of over 300. We have members from CA, DC, MD, MI, OH, PA, VA, and WV. The Club makes life a little easier for the players during their short stay in Hagerstown and they know they will have familiar faces cheering them on from the stands.

A few of our activities include: Four picnics with the team after select Sunday games, Saturday night club house meals for the players after the game, newsletters to keep you informed of upcoming events, Fan Club trips to out-of-town games, snack bags when the team goes on the road, birthday cakes and cards to players, and special end of year player awards. We also loan household goods such as pots and pans, dishes, bedding, furniture, TVs, VCR and other items to make Hagerstown feel more like a home for the summer. As a Fan Club member, you will also receive a 10% discount on purchases from the main office souvenir stand by showing your Fan Club Membership card.

Most of the money we use for activities such as picnics, Saturday night meals, and snack bags comes from raffling off autograph bats and balls. We request you be an active member by helping during the season (beside the potluck picnics), either with food or helping with fundraising.
